Enrollment & participation terms
OWNER-REVIEW DRAFT. Confirm the legal service provider and approve these terms before accepting live enrollment payments.
The guardian creates and controls the account, provides accurate information and confirms authority to act for the child. A child participates with age-appropriate assent and may request a break. Courses are allocated using age, readiness, accessibility needs and available capacity; a published age range is not a guarantee of placement.
Each level has 12 weekly modules and 24 planned sessions across three months. Fees apply per level. Proposed dates and teacher assignments are shown before enrollment and must be confirmed by the team. Missed, replaced or cancelled sessions are handled transparently under the approved refund policy. Payment access activates only after server verification and valid learning consent. A demo enrollment is not evidence of payment.
Families agree to respectful conduct, safe tool use and protection of other children's privacy. Do not share private meeting links or upload unlawful, abusive, copied-without-permission or identifying material. Staff may pause an unsafe session, explain the reason to the guardian where appropriate and provide a review route.
Children retain authorship of their original work. The family permits limited internal storage and teacher review needed for the service. No public marketing license, publication permission or sale of a child's work is implied. Public child publication is disabled in this release. If introduced later it needs separate guardian permission, child assent, rights review and editorial approval.
Assessment is based on understanding, making, testing, reflection and revision. Quiz progress is one signal; a badge requires teacher-reviewed evidence. No employment, health, accreditation or external certification is guaranteed. Referenced learning organisations are sources, not claimed partners.
Third-party learning tools require guardian/teacher review of age limits, accessibility, account requirements and privacy. Use paper or local alternatives when unsuitable. Complaints, correction/deletion requests and consent withdrawal are available through the family account. Material policy changes require notice and fresh permission where needed; the owner must define that operational process before launch.
