Family learning & wellbeing guide
Proposed family routine for review.
Before class: read the module goal, prepare simple materials, check the private schedule and let your child choose one question. For younger learners, stay nearby and help with reading/typing without doing the project for them.
During a 60-minute session: proposed rhythm is a 5-minute check-in, a 10-minute demonstration, a 15-minute guided attempt, a 5-minute off-screen break, a 15-minute maker challenge and a 10-minute explanation/reflection. This is a teaching plan, not a medical screen-time prescription. Adapt to the child's age, comfort, accessibility needs and teacher guidance; age-four learners can use short offline stations rather than continuous screen work.
After class: ask “What did you try?”, “What surprised you?” and “What will you change?”. Save a private artifact or a paper-project explanation. Praise effort, thoughtful choices and revision rather than speed or comparison with other children. Public sharing is not required.
Each week has one guided lesson and one studio/practice session. A family mission should fit ordinary life, use non-personal information and avoid purchases where possible. No child is penalized for needing a paper alternative or assistance.
Use Support for schedules, payments and learning questions. Use Report a concern for a safety problem. A child can decline a photo, recording or an uncomfortable activity. Proposed response targets and contact roles must be approved by the owner before launch.
