Fees, cancellations & refunds

PROPOSED TERMS FOR OWNER REVIEW — not approved for live sales.

Each level is a separate three-month, 24-session enrollment. Proposed fees remain Coding BDT 6,000; Python & AI BDT 7,000; Robotics BDT 10,000 per level, with no admission fee. Any required hardware/material cost must be itemized before checkout; do not charge an undisclosed extra fee.

Proposed cancellation rule
Before the first delivered class: a guardian may request a full course-fee refund. After classes begin: propose a refund for undelivered sessions calculated as paid course tuition × undelivered sessions / 24. Count delivered sessions fairly; a provider-cancelled class counts only after a replacement is actually delivered. The owner must approve how absences, discounts, transfers and materials are handled before live launch. No cancellation penalty is assumed in this draft.

Provider cancellation and changes
Offer a mutually suitable replacement or refund for the undelivered portion when the provider cancels or materially changes an advertised batch. For a child's illness, accessibility or safeguarding concern, review the family's situation rather than automatically penalizing it. Do not pressure a family to accept store credit.

How to request
Use the refund form on a verified order and explain the request. Staff review the payment, delivered sessions and approved terms. Proposed service targets: acknowledge within two working days, decide within five working days, and tell the family the provider's processing estimate after approval. These targets require owner confirmation; bank/gateway processing is outside the site's direct control.

A request is not a payout. Staff execute approved refunds through the merchant's authorized process and record the reference. This application does not automatically transfer refund money. Disputes can be raised through Support and reviewed by someone other than the original decision-maker. Do not request or send full card numbers, PINs or OTPs to staff.
